Are you a highly creative Pastry Chef with a flair for crafting exquisite cakes and seasonal desserts? We're on the lookout for someone with a love of artistry, detail, and flavour to join our talented kitchen team. We are renowned for our cakes with beautiful floral confetti.

🍰 What We’re Looking For
Exceptional cake baking and decorating skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience assembling layered and tiered cakes
Creativity in designing elegant cakes with edible florals and artistic finishes
Confidence with buttercream, ganache, glazes, and modern pastry techniques
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage production in a high-volume café while preserving creative integrity
Excellent time management and ability to work independently and within a team
